This course offers information and practices on various holistic, mind-body practices, including: Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Self-Compassion, Visualization, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT-Tapping).

Through the ten modules, you will learn the what, how, and why of each practice, giving you a diverse toolkit to help you ride the waves of Stress and Anxiety, and ultimately, live a more mindful life. Each practice module includes a guided practice (either audio or video) so you can directly experience the effects and have a bit of a template for what each practice looks and feels like.
